The Anti Corruption Department (ACD) has arrested the former examination controller of the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE), Amjad Iqbal, on the allegation of preparing fake results of HSSC Part-II Examination 2011, clearing about 50,000 students with excessive marks, ACD sources said.
