Sheesha cafes target students for money Prohibition of Smoking and Protection of Non-Smokers Health Ordinance 2002,
LAHORE - In sheer violation of the Prohibition of Smoking and Protection of Non-Smokers Health Ordinance 2002, the criminal silence of the Punjab Government is harbouring “Sheesha” smokers as the mafia has established one ‘Sheesha-café’ around each leading educational institution in the City, it is learnt.
