Sindh Assembly (SA) resolution for University of Karachi KU campuses in rural districts
KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly (SA) unanimously passed a resolution on Tuesday, demanding the government to set up campuses of the University of Karachi (KU) in at least two other districts of the province. Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) lawmaker Syed Ahmed Ali Shah moved the resolution. He had mentioned words ‘rural districts’ of Sindh in his original draft of the resolution. However, later they replaced by ‘Naushehro Feroze and Tharparkar’ districts after a suggestion from the Muttahida
