Small town problems higher education remains a dream for many

The further one moves from urban centres, the harder it becomes to find quality services – and quality education becomes one of the hardest to find commodities. Away from the well-endowed cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, students make the best they can of higher education facilities, but much remains to be desired.
