KARACHI, The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has allowed all those candidates who could not clear their matriculation examinations despite exhausting all their five attempts — three annual and two supplementary exams — to clear their remaining papers in the forthcoming annual examinations-2012, it emerged on Wednesday.
It means that all those candidates who first appeared in Class IX annual exams in 2009 but could not clear their matriculation exam in the remaining four
