Dir villagers urge govt to rebuild primary school in remote Jonkass area of Kohistan,

UPPER DIR,  A primary school in remote Jonkass area of Kohistan, which was washed away by flash floods in July 2010, is yet to be reconstructed, forcing its about 400 young students to get education under the open sky in harsh weather conditions.
