ISLAMABAD, March 23: The dream of slain PPP leader Benazir Bhutto to establish a Federal Government College for Home Economics and Management in the capital city could not be fulfilled even after over two decades, as officials in the federal government delayed the project mainly because it was forwarded by a woman teacher, has learnt.
