ISLAMABAD, March 5: A two-member bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday suspended the order of single bench against the appointment of Ms Shaheen Khan as chairperson of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and allowed her to resume the office till further orders.
The division bench comprising Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan and Justice Mohammad Azim Khan Afridi provided temporary relief to Ms Shaheen Khan, chairperson FBISE while hearing her intra-court appeal
