PESHAWAR, The government has approved Rs8.5 million for Peshawar University Teachers Association (Puta). The grant was approved by Chief Minister Ameer Haidar Hoti in light of decisions taken at a meeting at CM Secretariat on Jan 20.

The meeting had approved constructing Mian Rashid Hussain conference room for academic activities in teachers community centre, providing a vehicle for activities of Puta and funds for foreign academic tours.
