KARAK, March 26: The teachers of government schools would be promoted to next grade on the basis of their performance besides keeping in view duration of their service, said Elementary and Secondary Education Director Mohammad Rafiq Khattak.
Addressing a ceremony, held at a private educational academy in connection with parents` day at Mithakhel area here the other day, he said that timescale policy for teachers was in final stages but it would be based on their performance.
