A LARGE number of Punjab University (PU) students, staging a demonstration on Tuesday, strongly agitated against the Punjab government for not considering them for the award of laptops.
The demo was organised by PU chapter Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) in which protesters, mostly IJT activists, blocking Canal Road outside the varsity New Campus for over two hours, expressed resentment against the government.
