ACADEMIC activities finally resumed at the Punjab University (PU) after nine consecutive days of boycott by the Punjab University Academic Staff Association (PUASA) on Thursday.
However, attendance remained thin in classes as many boarding students have yet to return from their hometowns.
The PUASA had observed the academic boycott as a protest against the Islami Jamiat Talaba’s hooliganism on the campus.
