PESHAWAR, May 23: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Masood Kausar has said that the abysmally low literacy rate in Federally Administered Tribal Areas is one of the major causes of present difficulties and the private sector institutions can play a vital role in providing education facilities to the tribal youth.
