Dr. Sagheer: Nurses’ allowances notified

KARACHI - Sindh Health Minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed has said the notification for the allowances of nurses has been issued. Nursing instructors (BS-18) will get Rs4,000 per month, nursing sister (BS-17) Rs4,000 per month, staff nurse (BS-16) Rs6,000, lady health visitors (BS-9) Rs2,000, midwives (BS-6) Rs2,000. Besides casualty allowance would be Rs2,000, rural incentives Rs2,000 hard work allowance Rs2,000. The minister said that student nurse stipend has been enhanced from Rs2,000 to Rs6,860,
