ISLAMABAD : Responding back to harsh criticism by Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, leading Pakistani scientist Dr. Samar Mubarakmand on Saturday said that Dr Qadeer is angry at him due to Chagai nuclear explosion in 1998. ‘I respect Dr Khan but he should tell that how have I committed intellectual dishonesty about Thar Coal Project’, Mubarakmand commented.
