ISLAMABAD, May 11: After the 18th amendment, there is not a single department at federal level which could ensure implementation of agreement with United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and coordinates with the provinces.
This was stated by Ghazala Shah, coordinator, Child Rights Movement, at a press conference at the National Press Club on Friday.
Besides, the federal government has not given funds to provinces for the implementation of child rights, she said.
