Rawalpindi: Ghulam Mustafa, 31, is blind but he is working as a lecturer in a government college of Multan after passing the Punjab Public Service Commission Examination.
He has master’s degrees in English, Urdu and Pakistan Studies in addition to B.Ed and M.Phil in Urdu. He is getting a good salary and supporting his family.
