The groundbreaking ceremony of a USAID-funded on-campus hostel for female students of Forman Christian College (FCC) was held here on Tuesday.
U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Director Dr Andrew Sisson and U.S. Consul General Nina Fite led the groundbreaking ceremony. The hostel will be six-storey with 360 rooms.
Dr Sisson, with the help of a technician, operated an excavator in breaking ground on this $6 million construction project. By
