LAHORE, May 7: The Higher Education Commission has raised the qualification requirement for the appointment of faculty members in universities and degree-awarding institutions (DAIs).
According to a notification issued to vice chancellors of universities and rectors of degree-awarding institutions, the minimum qualification for the appointment of a lecturer in universities/DAI will be M.Phil/MS or equivalent degree (18 years) or master’s degree from a foreign university with effect from
