HEC, British Council ink agreement on higher education
ISLAMABAD An agreement on internationalising higher education partnership between the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and British Council was inked here on Wednesday. HEC Acting Executive Director/Member Operation & Planning Prof Dr Nasser Ali Khan and Wider South Asia British Council Director Education Dr Nils Tomes signed the agreement on the behalf of their respective organisations.
