The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) on Thursday put up a liaison with the sports and youth affairs department of the Sindh government to provide expertise to unemployed youths of the province.
The memorandum of understanding has been signed, according to which two short training programmes of eight months each and one comprehensive plan of chartered accountancy will be organised with the ICAP in Phase III of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development
