KARACHI, May 1: Not all known artists are effective storytellers. Those who can tell stories through their work achieve feats which enrich the world of art, albeit imperceptibly.
Iqbal Hussain, over the years, has earned international renown for his honest, pure paintings. The use of the word ‘paintings’ here is deliberate because that is what the artist likes to call himself: a painter. There is no need to talk about his subject(s) anymore.
