NCA appointing favourites on higher posts

LAHORE: National College of Arts (NCA), one of the most prestigious art institutions in the country, has been facing repeated incidents of favouritism as lower-scaled administrative staff is being given additional charge of high-scaled posts, Daily Times learnt on Sunday.
