New Indian film ‘Department’, now showing in Rawalpindi, has been produced and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Sanjay Dutt plays the lead, supported by Amitabh Bachchan and Rana Daggubati. The film runs for two hours and thirty minutes. Without exception, throughout this duration, there is nothing but violence and vengeance.
