KARACHI, May 1: The appointment of Dr Akbar Haider Soomro as the vice chancellor of the Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto University has been challenged in the Sindh High Court.
A division bench headed by Justice Maqbool Baqar issued notices to the respondents and put off the hearing to a date to be later fixed by the court’s office. The federal and provincial law officers were also put on notice.
