Pakistan stands 2nd in terms of out of primary school children 57.7 per cent of literacy and highest dropout rate in the world,

With a cumulative 57.7 per cent of literacy and highest dropout rate in the world, Pakistan stands at second in terms of primary out of school children.

 

The embarrassing figures were quoted at a consultation on ‘Education for all: Role of Media’ organised by the Pakistan Coalition for Education and initiative of Society for Access to Quality Education (SAQE).
