National Regulations and Services Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has appreciated the unanimous passage of the Medical and Dental Council Amendment Bill, 2012, by the Senate and said the bill, after enactment, would empower the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) to have a quality check on both government and private medical and dental educational institutions in the country.
