A LARGE number of Punjab University (PU) faculty members on Tuesday strongly protested the Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) for what they termed its “hooliganism” on campus.
The teachers gathered outside the PU Old Campus after the general body meeting of the Punjab University Academic Staff Association (PUASA), which was held in the backdrop of a recent incident of violence at varsity’s Khalid Bin Waleed Hostel involving some activists of Jamiat.
