LAHORE: A play titled ‘Taming of the Shrew’, directed by Suzana Wilson, Naveed Shahzad and Haisam Hussain, was staged at Alhamra on Tuesday.
The play is an Urdu version of Shakespeare’s play ‘Taming of the Shrew’,and was staged to a packed audience. It was a young crowd of students, who were very supportive and energetic throughout the performance.
‘Taming of the Shrew’ was initially designed for the Globe Theatre, London, but was edited specially for the Alhamra
