JHANG, May 25: A schoolteacher suffered serious burn wounds on Friday in an acid attack near her house in Islamabad locality of Satellite Town, Jhang.
Police sources said that victim Khalida was a teacher at Kehkshan, an institution for the mentally-challenged children near Jamia Chowk.
They said Khalida had refused to develop relations with her neighbour Nayyer Abbas who had been after her for the last few months. On Friday, when the victim was about to enter her house the accused threw
