Thalassaemia care centre set up
HEALTH and education sectors are on top priority of the provincial government, said Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan. Inaugurating a thalassaemia care centre set up by Amna Bashir Memorial Trust at Missri Shah here on Friday, he said various public sector hospitals in Punjab had thalassaemia centres which were providing best facilities to patients. He appreciated private sector, trusts and NGOs working for thalassaemia patients saying creating awareness about the disease
