The Pakistan Post has released a commemorative postage of Rs 8 denomination on the prevention of Thalassemia Major in Pakistan.The stamp has been designed by Adil Salahuddin, who is the recipient of Pride of Performance and Sitara-e-Imtiaz, and printed by Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, Karachi.
The commemorative postage would be available from Tuesday (today) at all the important post offices of the country. The first day of the issue cover and leaflets priced at Rs5 and
