LAHORE, May 8: University of Engineering and Technology Vice-Chancellor Lt-Gen (retired) Muhammad Akram has finally got learner’s driving licence.
The VC got the licence at an awareness camp organised by university. The VC’s wife, faculty members and hundreds of students also got their learner’s licences.
