The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has drawn forcibly Rs3 billion from the account of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
Talking to The News on Thursday, PTA chairman Dr Mohammad Yaseen said the FBR had issued unlawful notice in which it demanded the details of Universal Fund Service funds. On this, PTA informed that the USF amount is not taxable as this amount is used for the betterment of the people in the IT and telecommunication
