Eight young and aspiring students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan were awarded scholarship grants to pursue MA, MPhil and PhD degrees in social sciences.
Sustainable Development Policy Institute and International Development Research Centre Canada have awarded the fellowships after the screening committee headed by Dr Rana Iqrar Ahmad finalised the list. The scholarships were related to the governance, security and justice
