The commission formed by the Punjab government to come up with a proposed law for implementation of Article 25-A to provide free and compulsory education to all children, from the age of five to sixteen years, of the province will present its first report to the government by September 10.
Speaking at a meeting with media persons here on Thursday, the commission’s head Justice (r) Khalilur Rehman Khan said the second report would be presented to the Punjab
