Floods in last two years damaged 10,407 educational institutes in around 90 affected districts

ISLAMABAD - The unprecedented floods in last two years damaged a total of 10,407 educational institutions in around 90 affected districts of the country.
Of the total damaged schools, 3741 were destroyed fully and 6,666 partially. Moreover, around 32,000 teachers and 1.04 million students have been affected by the floods. According to a report of Society for the Rights of the Child (SPARC), Sindh faced the largest destruction as a total number of 5,655 educational institutions were affected.
