ISLAMABAD - Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Javaid Laghari Tuesday stated that most of universities were about to become bankrupt due to the shortage of funds.
He expressed these views while delivering a detailed presentation during a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Professional and Technical Training that met under the chairmanship of MNA Sheikh Rohail Asghar.
