LAHORE - Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Department (L&DDD) Secretary Irfan Elahi has said that the L&DDD and the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore should work together for the development of livestock sector with focus on small farmers across the province.
