VICE Chancellor Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) Dr Sabiha Mansoor announced to hold an official function in honour of Dr Bushra Mateen, Professor Emeritus and former Vice Chancellor of LCWU, as she has been awarded Tamgha Imtiaz.
