ISLAMABAD: The retired employees of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) have not been paid 20 per cent increase in their pension, which was announced by the federal government in the fiscal budget 2012-13.
A retired employee of HEC told this agency that the raise has not been added to his pension for the month of July, 2012. He said that the commission had, however, included increase in the monthly salaries of its in-service employees.
