Pakistan needs targets of increasing the strong literacy

Lahore - Pakistan needs a strong literacy movement to achieve its targets of increasing the literacy rate up to 86 percent by the year 2015, and ensuring that every child had access to education, according to the report of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
