Pakistani expatriates to set up modern diabetic centre in Islamabad

Overseas Pakistanis, especially those living in UAE and UK, have planned to set up a ‘leading-edge, non-profit’ medical facility for diabetic patients on the fringes of the federal capital.

 

The facility to be established by The Diabetes Centre (TDC), a non-profit, social enterprise, at the estimated cost of Rs400 million will be a centre of excellence for diabetes treatment, training, research and public health, according to TDC Chairman Dr. Asjad
