Universities to be set up in less developed areas

In order to expand the access to education, specially in the remote and less developed areas, the government has planned to establish new universities and sub-campuses of the existing ones during the current fiscal year.

 

According to an official at Higher Education Commission (HEC), the new universities to be be established, included Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, University of Gujrat, National Textile
