Rawalpindi: Colourful activities were held in classes at the AM Anglo Montessori School and College in connection with Nowruz spring festival.
The school was decorated with colourful hangings, flowers and balloons depicting the theme of spring. The origin of the Nowruz festival dates back when Pakistan was a part of the Achaemenid and Sussanid Persian empires. Nowruz is the spring festival of Persian origin which has been celebrated for over 3,000
