Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has cautioned its customers regarding hoax and fraudulent calls, misinforming customers that they have won valuable prizes, says a press release.
Recently, a number of PTCL customers have received calls from individuals, claiming to be representatives of the company and asking them to reveal their personal information.PTCL advises its customers to be careful and vigilant while receiving such fake phone calls.
