Punjab Teachers Union team meets governor

A 22-member delegation of Punjab Teachers Union (PTU), led by its central president Syed Sajjad Kazmi, called on Punjab Governor Makhdoom Syed Ahmed Mahmood at Governor’s House here on Monday. According to a handout, talking to the delegation, the Governor said role of the teachers in nation building was critical for any country. He said teachers should also focus on character-building of students besides providing them knowledge.
