ISLAMABAD (APP): Like other parts of the world, International Workers Day also known as World Labor Day will also be observed in Pakistan on Wednesday.
The day is observed in as many as 80 countries of the world. Canada and USA have been observing the day in September every year.
Labor Day is a public holiday in Pakistan that is marked by rallies, marches, processions, labor/worker union sessions and organized street demonstrations. It is sometimes referred to as May Day.
