LAHORE (APP): The International Workers Day (May Day) will be observed in the country to express solidarity with workers across the world and mark the international labour movement. May Day is observed as a national holiday in many countries across the globe including Pakistan by working people and their labour unions which is marked by street demonstrations and marches to commemorate the sacrifices of 1886 Haymarket riot Chicago victims.
