Dr Adibul Hasan Rizvi, founder and director of the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), a pioneer of ethical organ transplantation in Pakistan, on Saturday said that access to education and health facilities was a fundamental right of every child and a partnership between community and government was required to facilitate this right to children of the country.
